There are no quotation marks surrounding the title. The name and title on your manuscript must match the approval forms exactly.

Graduate Student Forms

The thesis committee chair and the dean or the associate dean of the honors college must approve the thesis topic. List the name, then a comma and the abbreviation for the highest degree received, for example, Albert A.
